Our Wellness Workshops are designed to meet groups where they are. Each session is co-created with the host institution so that discussions, activities, and take-home tools match the realities students and young professionals are navigating. Whether we are delivering a full-day retreat or an hour-long crash course, the focus stays on practical strategies participants can immediately apply.
- Monthly programming delivered in Dar es Salaam, Morogoro, and virtually.
- Expert facilitators blending psychology, peer experience, and creative arts.
- Flexible formats: assemblies, club sessions, staff PD, and community pop-ups.
- Inclusive and accessible for teens, campus groups, and adult allies.
What We Cover
Adaptive Curriculum
We start with a discovery call to understand your group’s goals, then combine tried-and-tested modules on stress management, academic resilience, and healthy relationships with local examples.
Interactive Delivery
Participants learn through reflective storytelling, small group breakouts, grounding techniques, and creative journaling. Every session includes a digital toolkit so the learning continues after we pack up.
Impact Tracking
We gather anonymous feedback, highlight shifts in confidence, and share practical recommendations with your team to sustain the momentum.
